Return & Refund Policy Overview
We want you to enjoy the essence of our fragrances, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Kindly note the following:
- No Returns on Delivered, Opened, or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours.
- Product Sensitivities: Our perfumes are crafted to enhance your experience, but we are not responsible for any reactions caused by sensitivities to specific ingredients. Please conduct a patch test before use, as recommended with each product.
Refund Policy
If you wish to request a refund for an eligible issue, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, a refund or exchange can be processed after verification within 4-7 business days.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged, broken, leaked, or incorrect product, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging as it was delivered.

- Non-Delivery Issues: If your Shiprocket tracking marks your order as “delivered” but you have not received it, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of the delivery status being updated. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Our internal team will coordinate with the courier and provide a resolution within 3-4 working days.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is verified and accepted, processing may take up to 5-6 business days. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed to the customer’s provided bank account within 5-6 working days.
Return Policy specifics
In the rare event you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or unused products once successfully delivered, unless the item is genuinely damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If you receive a product containing a manufacturing defect or transit damage, you are entitled to a return or exchange. This must be reported within 24 to 36 hours of receiving the product.
- For any claims of missing items, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery with the relevant unboxing proof. A refund or exchange will be processed after thorough verification within 3-4 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind. Please review our cancellation rules below:
Order Cancellation:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel an order any time before it is handed over to our shipping partner, Shiprocket. A payment gateway charge of 2% will be levied for the cancellation of prepaid orders.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations cannot be processed. If a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery and shipped back to us, a handling and reverse-shipping charge of ₹75 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
- For eligible cancelled paid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4-5 business days of the cancellation acceptance.
