- Express Shipping: We offer free express shipping across India. (Note: You can edit this if you charge a flat shipping rate).
Delivery Times
- For Major Cities: Orders typically arrive within 3-4 working days.
- For the Rest of India: Delivery may take 5-7 working days, depending on your location and the accessibility of the pin code.
Shipping Hours
- Delivery Window: Orders are typically delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Holiday Hours: No deliveries will be made on public holidays or Sundays. Any order placed on a Sunday or a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, your order will be handed over to Shiprocket for dispatch.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing a Shiprocket tracking number and link. You can track your shipment in real-time through the provided link or by contacting our customer support team.
- Signature or OTP Requirement: To ensure secure delivery, all Zahbi Perfumes orders may require a signature or a delivery OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the recipient’s registered mobile number by the assigned Shiprocket courier agent. If you are unavailable, please ensure that an authorized person is present to provide the OTP and receive the package on your behalf.
Handling Missing or Damaged Orders
- Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery. You must provide clear unboxing photographs or a video as proof of the damaged goods. We will assist you in processing a refund, replacement, or exchange based on the situation.
- Missing Items: If any items are missing from your package, please notify us immediately on the exact day of delivery, along with clear unboxing video proof.
Courier Limitations and Delivery Delays
- Third-Party Couriers: While Shiprocket assigns the most reliable courier partners for your specific location, external factors such as severe weather conditions, national holidays, local strikes, or force majeure events may cause delivery delays. Zahbi Perfumes is not liable for delays caused by these uncontrollable factors.
- Tracking Issues: In rare instances, tracking information on the Shiprocket link may be temporarily unavailable or delayed in updating. If you encounter any delivery-related issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
Special Shipping Conditions
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at the time of ordering. Zahbi Perfumes is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges for Shipping Issues
- Product Damaged During Shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, contact our customer service with your order details and photos/videos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. A refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed after a full review.
- Incorrect Items Sent: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.
